Building Staff Solutions (BSS) are recruiting a Document Controller / Administrator for our client, a Top Electrical Contractor with on-going and increasing success in Ireland and Europe. This role will be based in Dublin and will involve the maintenance of all QA/QC documentation and records. Job Description: Maintaining records. Maintaining filing system. Full responsibility for the security and maintenance of all Quality Control and Quality Assurance (QA/QC) documentation. Office based role obtaining and organizing information and documentation from other office and site personnel Supporting the QA/QC Personnel in ensuring adherence to and implementation of the Quality Management System. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Background in Construction would be ideal. 2 years’ experience and/or previous Document Controller / Site Administrator experience An administrative qualification is desirable but not essential. Strong administration & organisational skills. Good interpersonal skills and Good IT skills.
